The ATOMOS Sumo 19" SE is an HDR Monitor, Recorder, and Switcher that can bring together a 4K HDR workflow across multiple different sources including cameras, audio and other Atomos devices. It comes with a range of impressive features such as 4K HDMI/SDI recording, touchscreen controls and Apple ProRes RAW up to 6Kp30. It can be powered using either mains power or external battery sources and features 4 HD ISO switching and recording capabilities.
High-Quality Capture
Capture the highest quality video possible using the Sumo 19SE via either SDI or HDMI. There are several different recording options including Apple ProRes RAW at up to 6Kp30, 4Kp60 DCI/UHD, and 2Kp240 DCI/HD, or record in CinemaDNG at up to 4Kp30 DCI.
Professional Camera Compatibility
Video is able to be captured from any camera or digital video source that features either an SDI or HDMI, and is compatible with higher-end video cameras such as Sony FS series cameras, Canon C300MKII/C500, Panasonic EVA-1/Varicam LT, and more. Due to built-in support for multiple inputs, the Sumo 19SE is able to record up to 4x inputs at one time.
Bright & Precise Display
The Sumo 19SE Monitor features a 1200nit brightness, 19-inch, 1920 x 1080 display with 10-bit processing, that provides a crystal clear display to allow for easy control and adjustment during use in any environment.
Simultaneous Recording
Record up to 4 different 1080p60 streams at the same time (when using 3G SDI Level A Only) as separate ISOs, as well as a fifth "program" channel of the switching feed itself, whilst also being able to switch and cue in real-time. The results can then be displayed either live on set or via a live streaming platform using an HDMI to USB capture device.
Quality Audio
Each Sumo 19SE comes with full-size XLR connectors with 48V phantom power to allow two separate external microphones to be connected alongside balanced analogue audio recording and monitoring. It also features dedicated meters, gain controls, and adjustments for frame delay with the audio able to be seamlessly synchronised with embedded audio from the HDMI and SDI sources.
Multiple Power Options
This Monitor can be powered using either mains power or V-Lock / Gold Mount batteries via the included BattWing, ideal for use on location shoots where power options may become limited.
